Five Buck Kid (FKA Jacob Fitzgerald & The Electric City) are an independent, Australian rock band creating anthems for the working class, the hopeful and the lost.
The outift is comprised of Jacob Fitzgerald (Lead Vocals, Rhythm Guitar), Alex "Rick Hollywood" Walker (Lead Guitar, Backing Vocals), Ell Gracias (Bass, Backing Vocals), Oscar Linkson (Drums, Backing Vocals), Will Conway (Keys, Rhythm Guitar, Backing Vocals) and Hector Harley (Saxophone, Keys).
With a sound often compared to the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Sam Fender and Harry Styles, Five Buck Kid are self managed, self produced, and self funded. Their strength as a band lies on the stage, in the flesh, with live shows full of thunderous drums, roaring sax solos, melodic guitar riffs and catchy choruses. Their infectious stage presence bleeds into their fanbase creating a home for community and belonging on a national scale, pulling in strong touring numbers both on headline shows and support runs.

Jacob Fitzgerald is an artist, songwriter and producer who has been in the professional music scene for close to a decade.
Having released over 45 sound recordings independently, Jacob has also made a name for himself as one of the country’s most exciting new artists.
The Melbourne born frontman and manager of the band “Five Buck Kid” (FKA “Jacob Fitzgerald & The Electric City”) has taken his outfit all across Australia, displaying a tenacious drive to bring the art of live music to the forefront of modern culture.

Ell Gracias is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, MD and recording musician with 8 years of music industry experience in both the Melbourne music scene and nationally.
With experience in a diverse range of performance techniques and genres from jazz to country, their abilities have taken them around the country performing on stages big and small with bands like Five Buck Kid, and they have made their name known amongst the RNB and Soul music scene with their own project Social Street.

Will Conway is a Melbourne based songwriter, producer, session musician and MD.
Touring meticulously around the country, he has played and worked with countless emerging Australian artists and played in some of the most decorated music venues around.
His current rotation lies in artists such as
Five Buck Kid, Lewis Love, Jaron Jay,
Hassall and more.
WILL CONWAY

Oscar Linkson is a multi-instrumentalist and producer who has been working professionally as a musician for over a decade.
Born in Canberra, and now residing in Melbourne, his drumming features on 40+ recordings and he has performed across the country with numerous artists including “EXILES”, “The Delta Riggs” and “Five Buck Kid” in some of Australia’s most iconic venues.

Alex Walker is a producer, sound engineer and the lead guitarist of independent rock band, “Five Buck Kid”.
Working as a professional musician for the better part of 10 years, Alex has toured across the country, playing in some of Australia’s most prestigious venues alongside our most decorated bands.
More recently, he has been honing his craft in music production, engineering and mixing by working closely with artists around Melbourne to bring their musical visions into reality.

Hector Harley is a Melbourne based
multi instrumentalist, writer and producer.
Having experience in a diverse range of genres, Hector has had over 15 years of classical and jazz training.
Currently, he tours with Five Buck Kid on both saxophone and keys, aiding their sonic power and compositional prowess.
